Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zdanění právních úkonů v evropských úpravách. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři specifický pohled na problematiku některých přímých daní, prostřednictvím právní teorie a jejího, v právu snad nejčastěji užívaného, institutu právního úkonu.
