Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování podniku. Práce je založena na postupném výkladu základních výrazů používaných v dané problematice a vysvětlení jednotlivých oceňovacích metod. This thesis deals with the valuation of the company. The work is based on the progressive interpretation of the basic terms used in the explanation of the issues and valuation methods. Selected revenue method is applied in the practical part of the valuation of the company ZDRAVÍ Ltd. in the period from 01/2010 to 12/2013 with a planned period until the end of 2017.
