A proposal for improving the education of employees in a specific company

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou systému dalšího vzdělávání ve veřejné správě. Konkrétně řeší návrh na zlepšení systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě. V teoretické části práce byly popsány pojmy a problematiky jako státní správa a samospráva, orgány státní správy s místní působností, územní samosprávné celky, státní služba, vzdělávání státních zaměstnanců, vzdělávání zaměstnanců v soukromém sektoru. Motivací výběru tohoto tématu je potřeba zdůraznit význam dalšího vzdělávání zaměstnanců veřejné správy a zmapovat nejvhodnější metody a nejefektivnější metody v tomto vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem práce je provedení analýzy postojů v rámci vzdělávání zaměstnanců veřejné správy a komparovat daná zjištění se soukromým sektorem. Dílčím cílem je dále navrhnout zlepšení a inovace v systému dalšího vzdělávání těchto zaměstnanců v budoucnu. Jako nástroj k získání dat ke splnění cíle a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek je využito dotazníkové šetření, co by metoda kvantitativního výzkumu, kterého se zúčastnili zaměstnanci z řad veřejné správy a soukromého sektoru. V empirické části jsou graficky zpracovány zjištěné výsledky, které jsou dále interpretovány a shrnuty. Závěrečná část práce zdůrazňuje zjištěné nedostatky a podává ucelený návrhy na zlepšení a inovaci systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců veřejné správy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of the continuing education system in public administration. Specifically, it deals with a proposal to improve the education system of employees in the public administration. Concepts and issues such as state administration and self-government, state administration bodies with local jurisdiction, territorial self-governing units, civil service, education of civil servants, education of employees in the private sector were described in the theoretical part of the thesis. By motivating the choice of this topic, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of further education of public administration employees and map out the most suitable methods and the most effective methods in this education. The main goal of the work is to perform an analysis of attitudes within the framework of education of public administration employees and to compare the given findings with the private sector. A partial goal is to further propose improvements and innovations in the system of further education of these employees in the future. As a tool to obtain data to meet the goal and answer the research questions, a questionnaire survey is used, which would be the method of quantitative research, in which employees from the public administration and the private sector participated. In the empirical part, the observed results are processed graphically, which are further interpreted and summarized. The final part of the thesis emphasizes the identified shortcomings and presents comprehensive proposals for the improvement and innovation of the education system of public administration employees.
