Abstract:

Práce si klade za cíl představení fungování Umělecké agentury Ambrozia o.p.s. v oblasti uměleckého neformálního vzdělávání dětí a mládeže v oborech: divadlo, film, muzikál, pohyb a tanec, moderování a dabing. Práce představuje desetiletou tradici Ambrozie, její filosofii, náplň a cíle, využité formy, lektorské zázemí a směřování do budoucna. Dále se dotýká i organizačního fungování – forma společnosti, financování, marketing a provoz. Práce si klade za cíl obhájit důležitost uměleckého vzdělávání a pokusí se začlenit aktivity Ambrozie do kontextu současného uměleckého vzdělávání dětí a mládeže v ČR. Práce chce nabídnout mnoha učitelům, pedagogům a umělcům důkaz toho, že v oblasti neformálního vzdělávání lze v dnešní době provozovat neziskovou společnost, která je ekonomicky nezávislá na grantech a dotacích a je schopna kvalitně naplňovat své umělecko-výchovné cíle.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to show the operation of Artistic Agency Ambrozia, specialising in informal artistic education of children and youth in the fields of theatre, film, musical, movement and dancing, presenting and dubbing. This thesis represents a ten-year-long tradition of Ambrozia, its philosophy, content and objectives, forms of teaching, tutor support, and future orientation. Furthermore it deals with organisational structure - company type, financing, marketing and operation. The thesis aims to highlight the importance of artistic education and tries to incorporate activities of Ambrozia into the contest of contemporary art, education of children and youth in the Czech Republic. This thesis is aimed at teachers, educators and artists, providing evidence of the possibility of running a non- profit organisation which is economically independent from grants and subsidies while capable of fulfilling its artistic and educational goal.
