Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá opatřením proti nečinnosti orgánů veřejné správy. V úvodu je vysvětlen pojem nečinnost správních orgánů, dále jsou popsány ústavní souvislosti. Na praktických příkladech je poukázáno na význam nečinnosti správních orgánů. Dále jsou popsány zásady činnosti správních orgánů, které nečinnost porušuje. In my Bachelor’s theses I deal with measures against inactivity of administration bodies. Firstly in the introduction, there is explained the term of inactivity of administration bodies then there is mentioned the inactivity in context with constitutional rules and cannons.
