Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi územní samosprávy v oblasti ochrany veřejného pořádku narušeného negativními důsledky nelegální migrace. V diplomové práci je obecně pospán fenomén migrace a jednotlivé nástroje uzemní samosprávy umožňující řešit negativní důsledky nelegální migrace. Abstract:
This master thesis solves possibilities of territorial governments in the area of public order. Master thesis seeks protection against illegal migration. The thesis describes the migration tools and territorial governments. In the practical part described a questionnaire survey. The result is an effective tool for the territorial governments.
