Téma této bakalářské práce je analýza motivačního a stimulačního systému a návrh na inovaci. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou vysvětlené pojmy jako motivace, stimulace, strategie řízení kapitálu, dále jsou zde popsány stimulační prvky, motivační proces a motivační teorie.
