Nizozemská společnost prošla během 400 let mnoha změnami, ty nejzásadnější přišly v průběhu 20. století, kdy se z Nizozemska stala multikulturní země. Nizozemsko je pověstné svou extrémní tolerancí k menšinám a jeho vláda se snaží tyto lidi co nejvíce začlenit do společnosti prostřednictvím imigrační a integrační politiky. Dutch society have gone through many changes over 400 years, the biggest one came during the 20th century, when the Netherlands became a multicultural country. The Netherlands is well-known for its extreme tolerance for minorities and the government tends to integrate these people into Dutch society through immigration and integration policy.
