Práce se zabývá relativně novou oblastí v národní ekonomice -- inovační politikou malých a středních podniků (MSP). Vychází z teoretického pojetí podnikání a inovací. Dále se zaměřuje na národní inovační systém s ohledem na MSP a to nejprve v obecném pojetí, na příkladu konkrétní země (České republiky) a v mezinárodním srovnání. The thesis focuses on the relatively new area in the national economy - innovation policy for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It's based on the theory of entrepreneurship and innovation.
