Influence of biochemical analyses on the state of biological material (hemolytic, icteric and lipemic samples)
Abstract:
První část práce se zabývá obecnými poznatky o biologickém materiálu, v něm přítomných interferencí v podobě hemolýzy, ikterity a lipémie a jejich vlivu na metody stanovení. Druhá část práce obsahuje pokus o ověření vlivu těchto interferencí na několik vybraných analýz.
Abstract:
First part of this work deals with general knowledge about biological material, there presented interferents as hemolysis, icteris and lipemics and their influence of methods of assignment. Second part of this work contains an experiment about verification of influenceof this interferences on several selected analyses.
