Real job potential and its comparison with subjective assessment for people with disabilities.

Abstract:

Cílem práce je srovnání subjektivního hodnocení pracovního výkonu, reálného pracovního výkonu a pracovního potenciálu u osob se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části popisujeme sociální podnikání, zaměstnanost osob se zdravotním postižením, problematiku zaměstnávání osob s duševním onemocněním a osob s tělesným postižením, pracovní potenciál u osob se zdravotním postižením a pracovní výkon. Výzkumný soubor tvořil 31 osob se zdravotním postižením, zaměstnanců sociálního podniku v Brně-Maloměřicích. Věk účastníků výzkumu se pohyboval mezi 22-60 lety, průměrný věk byl 41 let. Většinu výzkumného souboru tvořili lidé se středoškolským vzděláním bez maturity (45,2 %). Podle typu postižení byli nejhojněji zastoupeni lidé s duševním onemocněním (45,2 %). Bylo zjištěno, že reálný pracovní výkon neodpovídá zjištěnému pracovnímu potenciálu. Nenalezli jsme rozdíl mezi subjektivním hodnocením pracovního výkonu a reálným pracovním výkonem. Neobjevili jsme rozdíl mezi subjektivním hodnocením pracovního výkonu u osob s duševním onemocněním a u osob s tělesným postižením. Nezjistili jsme rozdíl mezi subjektivním hodnocením pracovního výkonu a reálným pracovním výkonem mezi osobami s duševním onemocněním a osobami s tělesným postižením.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to compare the subjective assessment of work performance, real work performance and work potential of people with disabilities. In the theoretical part we describe social entrepreneurship, employment of people with disabilities, issues of employment of people with mental disabilities and people with physical disabilities, work potential of people with disabilities and work performance. The research group consisted of 31 people with disabilities, employees of a social enterprise in Brno-Maloměřice. The age of the participants ranged from 22 to 60 years. The average age is 41 years. Most of the research population consisted of people with secondary education without a high school diploma (45.2%). By type of disability, people with mental disabilities were the most abundant (45.2%) Real work performance was found not to match the identified work potential. We did not find a difference between subjective work performance assessment and real work performance. We did not find a difference between subjective work performance assessments for people with mental disorders and for people with physical disabilities. We did not find a difference between subjective work performance assessment and real work performance between people with mental disorders and people with physical disabilities.
