Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta se syndromem krátkého střeva s jejunostomií. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření edukačního plánu a jeho následná realizace u konkrétního pacienta. The bachelor's thesis deals with the education of a patient with short bowel syndrome with jejunostomy. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create an educational plan and its subsequent realization with a particular patient.
