Ve své bakalářské práci se budu věnovat problematice vzniku a změn pracovního poměru. V úvodní kapitole budou popsány druhy základních pracovněprávních vztahů mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměsnancem a jejich prvky. In my bachelor thesis I will deal with problems of the creation and change of employment relationship. The introductory chapter will describe the types of basic labor relations between the employer and the employee and their elements.
