Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Modernizace obsahu vzdělávání oboru kosmetička“ pojednává o změnách potřebných v tematických plánech odborného výcviku. V současné době shledávám závažné nedostatky v tomto předmětu, a proto jsem navrhla změny tak aby lépe vyhovovaly dnešním potřebám. První kapitola popisuje historii kosmetiky, jak byla chápána v mnoha civilizacích a jaké přinesla v každé době změny a jiný pohled na ni. V druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na rozdíly vzdělávacích systému v délce studia, počtu hodin, způsobu výuky. Třetí kapitola je zaměřená na odborné předměty nejdůležitější pro práci kosmetičky. Nejzávažnější téma je obsažené ve čtvrté kapitole, kde jsem naznačila změny v tematickém plánu a provedla jeho modernizaci. Toto, společně s druhou kapitolou považuji za stěžejní přínos svoji práce. V páté kapitole se můžeme dočíst názory odborníků, kteří posuzovali provedené změny a měli možnost projevit svoje připomínky. V poslední šesté kapitole jsem navrhla několik pracovních listů, které by mohli sloužit jako pomůcky k zapojení studentek do daného problému. Listy obsahují nejen informace od učitelky odborného výcviku, ale další, které si musí doplnit studentky samy. Tato práce nabízí možnost změn prospěšných pro studentky a pro jejich odbornou práci.

Abstract:

The bachelor‘s thesis „Modernization of the beautician field curriculum“ deals with required changes in vocational training thematic plans. Currently I find serious flaws in this subject, therefore I propose changes that would better meet these days requirments. The first chapter describes the history of cosmetics, how it was understood in many civilizations, what changes and different points of view were made on the beauty care in every era. In the second chapter, I focus on the education system differences in the study length, the number of hours and a teaching methods. The third chapter is focused on the technical subjects most important for the beautician work. The most serious topic is included in the fourth chapter. I indicated changes in the thematic plan and carried out its modernization. This and the chapter two, I consider as a crucial contribution of my thesis. In the fifth chapter, you can find the opinions of the professionals who assessed performed changes and had a chance to express their objections. In the last chapter, I suggested several working sheets, which could be a useful teaching aid for students involved in this particular problem. The sheets include not only an information from vocatioanl teacher, but also another must be completed by the students themselves. This thesis offers the possibility of beneficial changes for the students and their professional work.
