Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem návštěvnosti restaurace Měšťanský pivovar Polná na základě dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnili návštěvníci tohoto gastronomického zařízení. Záměrem práce je analýza spokojenosti hostů jak s kvalitou podávaných pokrmů, tak i poskytovaných služeb, designu prostorů zařízení tak s formou propagace. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with an analysis of the number of visitors at the restaurant Měšťanský pivovar Polná on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Respondents of the survey were visitors of this gastronomic facility. The aim of the work is to analyse the satisfaction of guests with the quality of food served, as well as services provided, the design of the facility and the form of promotion. …more
