Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu testovacího pracoviště, určeného k testování řídící jednotky dveří osobního automobilu, využívajícího metodu testování Hardware in the Loop (HiL). V úvodu této práce je stručný přehled teorie automatizovaného testování. Práce dále popisuje testovanou jednotku a hardwarové a softwarové prostředky pracoviště. Hlavní část se zabývá analýzou stávajícího modelu pro HiL testování. Následuje teoretický rozbor a vytvořením modelu odezvy elektricky ovládaného zpětného zrcátka. Závěr shrnuje výsledky této práce a možnosti testovacího systému s ohledem na jeho uplatnění.

Abstract:

The master thesis presents an analysis of the test-bench workstation for testing of the door control unit used in a passenger car. The test-bench uses method so called Hardware in the Loop automated testing. Brief summary of the automated testing theory is mentioned at the beginning of the thesis. Following section deals with the ECU description. Capability of the test-bench's hardware and software are described in following section. The analysis of the test-bench's model is the main part of the thesis, followed by the theoretical and practical application of the model of the electrically controlled mirror. The conclusion summarizes the results of this thesis and the capabilities of the test system in term of its application.
