Tématem bakalářské práce jsou orgány obce. Jedná se o téma zajímavé a aktuální, neboť každý z nás musí přijít do styku se samosprávou, tak říkajíc „jít něco vyřídit na úřad“. Tato práce bude složena ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část pojedná o vzniku obce, jednotlivých orgánů obce a jejich působnosti, a také o pravomocech v přenesené působnosti.
