Options of support for starting companies

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na možnosti podpory pro začínající podnikatele. Hlavní cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření teoretického a praktického zázemí pro vytvoření portálu pro začínající podnikatele a jeho rozřazovacího schématu, které bude sloužit k přiřazení jednotlivých podnikatelům k relevantním podporám. Vedlejšími cíli potom jsou zmapovat prostředí podpory pro začínající podnikatele, rozřadit tyto podpory do jednotlivých fází vývoje začínajících podniků a formulovat doporučení pro začínající podnikatele hlásících se do uvedených podpor. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy startup, podpora pro začínající podnikatele a následně jsou definovány jednotlivé druhy podpor. V praktické části následuje vytvoření dotazníku pro zástupce podpor na základě literatury a uskutečnění 9 rozhovorů a vyplnění 11 dotazníků se zástupci podpor. Následuje analýza dat, vytvoření rozřazovacího schématu na základě teoretického základu a analýzy dat a rozdělení jednotlivých druhů podpor do různých fází vývoje začínajících podniků. Po analýze dat následuje jejich interpretace a formulace doporučení pro začínající podnikatele, hlásících se do uvedených podpor.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on options of support for starting companies. The main aim is to create theoretic and empirical bases for a creation of a portal for starting companies and its segregation scheme, which will serve as a tool to fit individual companies to relevant supports. Suporting aims are to map czech environment of support for starting companies, then to fit those supports to individual phases of development of starting companies and lastly, to form a recommendation for starting entrepreneurs on signing up for mentioned supports. In the theoretic part are then described terms of startup, support for starting companies and then are defined individual types of supports. In the practical part folllows creation of questionnaire for support representatives which is based on used literature, realization of 9 interviews with support representatives and filling up of 11 questionnaires by representatives. Following is an analysis of gatherted data, a creation of dividing scheme based on theory and data analysis and fitting individual types of support to various phases of develepment of starting companies. After analysis of data is their interpretation and formulation of a recommendation for starting entrepreneurs on signing up for mentioned supports.
