Comparison of clubs management in connection with operation of the czech union of rhythmic gymnastics

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je „Komparace vedení klubů v návaznosti na fungování Českého svazu moderní gymnastiky“. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má zvyšující se výkonnostní úroveň klubu vliv na využití služeb Českého svazu moderní gymnastiky, a jak který klub tyto služby využívá. Jde také o zjištění, zda tyto kluby svaz finančně podporuje přímými dotacemi či nikoliv. Dalším cílem práce je zjistit, zda tato výkonnostní úroveň má vliv také na organizační a finanční strukturu klubu. K vytvoření práce byly použity teoretické podklady popisující současný stav podpory sportu u nás a dále podklady týkající se řízení Českého svazu moderní gymnastiky a jeho hospodaření. V praktické části proběhly rozhovory s předsedkyněmi klubů a s předsedkyní Českého svazu moderní gymnastiky. Práce je přínosem pro budoucí zakladatele oddílů z hlediska představy, co všechno vedení klubu zahrnuje a jakých možností může klub využít během fungování.

Abstract:

The thesis topic is “Comparison of clubs management in connection with operation of the czech union of rhythmic gymnastics”. The goal is to determine whether increasing performance level of the clubs has an immpact on the use of services of the Czech Association of rhytmic gymnastics, which club and how uses these services. It is also the finding whether the union financially suports these clubs by direct subsidies or not. Another goal of this work is to determine whether this level of performance has an impact on the organizational and financial structure of the club. For the creation of the work were used the theoretical basis describing the current state of support for sport in our country and basis related to the management of the Czech Union of Rhythmic Gymnastics and its economy. In the practical part were used interviews with presidents of clubs and with the president of the Czech Association of Rhythmic Gymnastics. The work is a contribution to the future founders of teams in terms of ideas what the management of club includes and what possibilities may be used during its functioning.
