Cybersecurity of healthcare facilities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kybernetickou bezpečnost vybraného zdravotnického zařízení v České republice. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy vyhodnotit zajištění kybernetické bezpečnosti ve vybraném středním zdravotnickém zařízení a navrhnout opatření k nastavení optimálních podmínek a pravidel kyberbezpečnosti a jejich dodržování. Na základě analýzy informační a komunikační infrastruktury a hodnocení aktiv, byly doporučeny změny IT infrastruktury a navržena opatření k nastavení k nastavení pravidel kybernetické bezpečnosti. V souvislosti s analýzou a vyhodnocením proškolení zaměstnanců a dodržování pravidel kyberbezpečnosti v uvedeném zdravotnickém zařízení byla navržena doporučení pro systém školení a informování zaměstnanců o pravidlech kybernetické bezpečnosti a pro nastavení kontrolních prvků v rámci dodržování těchto pravidel ze strany zaměstnanců daného zdravotnického zařízení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the cyber security of a selected medical facility in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the cyber security assurance in the selected secondary medical facility based on the analysis and propose measures to set optimal conditions and rules of cyber security and their compliance. Based on the analysis of the information and communication infrastructure and the assessment of the assets, changes to the IT infrastructure were recommended and measures were proposed to set up cyber security rules. In connection with the analysis and evaluation of employee training and compliance with cyber security rules in the said medical facility, recommendations were proposed for a system of training and informing employees about cyber security rules and for setting control elements within the framework of compliance with these rules by employees of the given medical facility.
