Abstract:
Byl připraven a charakterizován nový typ konjugátu prednisolonu s poly(ethylenglykolem). Způsob navázání prednisolonu na polymer spočíval v provedení Huisgenovy 1,3-dipolární cykloadice mezi (prednisolon-21-yl)-pent-4-ynoátem a ?,?-diazido-poly(ethylenglykolem). New type of prednisolone - poly(ethylene glycol) conjugate was prepared and characterised. The formation of this conjugate consisted in Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of prednisolone-21-yl pent-4-ynoate on ?,?-diazido-poly(ethylene glycol).
