Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je popísať krízový manažment a jeho fungovanie v podniku a navrhnúť spôsob sledovania a riadenia rizík. Na dosiahnutie stanoveného cieľa sme využili rad vedeckých metód poznania, ktoré určili cestu k jeho dosiahnutiu. Diplomová práca je rozčlenená do piatich kapitol.
