The Integrated Rescue System During Intervention

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá integrovaným záchranným systémem. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj, postavení a úkoly jednotlivých složek IZS (Integrovaný záchranný systém). Podrobně jsou popsány základní složky IZS a ostatní složky IZS. Práce se zaměřuje na organizaci a koordinaci záchranných a likvidačních prací na místě zásahu a komunikaci složek. Více se věnuje městské policii jako ostatní složce IZS, jejím pravomocem, povinnostem a činnosti. Bakalářská práce vychází z platné legislativy a odborné literatury. Cílem práce je seznámení s činností složek IZS na místě zásahu, hlavně s činností obecní policie na místě zásahu. Na základě rozhovoru je ukázáno, zda je obecní policie důležitou složkou při vzniku mimořádné události na místě zásahu. Práce obsahuje popisné metody a analýzu. V praktické části je použita metoda neosobního skupinového strukturovaného rozhovoru a kvalitativní výzkum.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with an integrated rescue system. The theoretical part describes the development, position and tasks of individual components of the IRS (Integrated Rescue System). The basic components of IRS and other components of IRS are described in detail. The work focuses on the organization and coordination of rescue and liquidation work at the site of intervention and communication of units. He pays more attention to the city police than to other IRS units. Mainly the powers, duties and activities of the city police. The bachelor thesis is based on valid legislation and professional literature. The aim of the work is to get acquainted with the activities of IRS units at the scene, especially with the activities of the city police at the scene. The interview shows whether the city police is an important component in the event of an emergency at the scene. Descriptive methods and analysis are used in the work. In the practical part is used the method of impersonal group structured interview and quality research.
