Abstract:
Byl založen čtyř měsíční laboratorní experiment, probíhající za předem určených inkubačních teplot. Během tohoto experimentu jsme se pokusili nalézt nejvhodnější určující parametry (pomocí chemických charakteristik) pro objasnění rozdílů v mikrobiálních rychlostech respirace a množství vyplavujícího se dusíku (DIN) mezi rozdílnými rostlinnými opady z acidifikovaného jehličnatého lesa.Abstract:
Annotation We conducted over four months a shortterm laboratory incubation experiment to find the best prediction parameters (i.e. initial chemical characteristics) to explain differences in microbial respiration rates and mineral N (DIN) release in different litter in an acidified spruce forest.
