Socially pathological phenomena and their influence on child and youth criminality

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje sociálně patologickým jevům a jejich vlivu na kriminalitu dětí a mladistvých. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí – teoretická a praktická část. Přičemž teoretická část je rozdělená do 6 podkapitol, kdy se každá z nich věnuje aspektu, které s tématem souvisí. Těmi jsou některé pojmy, které se v problematice sociální patologie vyskytují; některé faktory, které ovlivňují vznik sociálně patologických jevů u dětí a mladistvých; a některé jednotlivé sociálně patologické jevy. V teoretické části je také zjednodušeně představená kriminalita této specifické skupiny spáchána v roce 2022 a posledním bodem je prevence sociálně patologických jevů a kriminality. Praktická část práce je pojatá dvěma metodami výzkumu – osobní kazuistikou dvou vybraných sériových vrahů, kdy cílem bylo aplikovat teoretickou část do praxe; a rozhovorem s odborníkem, kdy podstatou byla odpověď na otázku, zda má rodičovská výchova podstatný vliv na závadové chování dětí a mladistvých.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to socio-pathological phenomena and their influence on the crime of children and youth. The work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into 6 sub-chapters, each of them deals with an aspect related to the topic. These are some terms that occur in the issue of social pathology; some factors that influence the emergence of socially pathological phenomena in children and adolescents; and some individual socio-pathological phenomena. In the theoretical part, the criminality of this specific group is also presented in a simplified manner, committed in 2022, and the last point is the prevention of socially pathological phenomena and crime. The practical part of the work is comprised of two research methods – a personal case study of two selected serial killers, where the goal was to apply the theoretical part into practice; and an interview with an expert, where the essence was the answer to the question of whether parental education has a significant effect on the defective behavior of children and youth.
