Diplomová práce je zaměřena na prvkovou analýzu lidských vlasů a koňských žíní. Byl navržen a upraven postup přípravy vzorků koňských žíní pro stanovení 18 prvků pomocí optické spektrometrie s buzením v indukčně vázaném plazmatu a hmotnostní spektrometrie s ionizací v indukčně vázaném plazmatu a průletovým analyzátorem s ortogonálním urychlováním iontů. The thesis is focused on elemental analysis of human hair and horse hair. The process of preparation of horse hair samples for the determination of 18 elements by an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry and time-of-flight inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been proposed and modified.
