Abstract:

Diplomová práce Informovanost žákyň 2. stupně ZŠ o karcinomu děložního čípku a možnostech prevence pojednává o tématu rakoviny děložního čípku a její prevenci, přičemž nejprve shrnuje teoretické poznatky o této problematice s důrazem na různé formy prevence. V praktické části následně prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu zkoumá, jaká je informovanost žákyň 8. a 9. tříd základní školy o tomto onemocnění. Tento výzkum byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření, který byl realizován na dvou základních školách a kterého se zúčastnilo celkem 78 respondentek. Pro větší přehlednost a návaznost jednotlivých položek v dotazníku byly při vyhodnocování vytvořeny okruhy, jež shrnuly výsledky několika podobně tematických otázek. Praktická část dále obsahuje porovnání výsledků mezi jednotlivými školami, vyhodnocení otázek vědomostního charakteru, analýzu ŠVP zkoumaných škol a diskusi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis Awareness of female students in lower-secondary school about cervical cancer and prevention options deals with the topic of cervical cancer and its prevention, first summarizing the theoretical knowledge on this issue with emphasis on different forms of prevention. In the practical part, it then examines, through quantitative research, the awareness of the disease among 8th and 9th grade girls in lower-secondary school. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey which was carried out in two primary schools and in which a total of 78 respondents participated. For greater clarity and continuity of the items in the questionnaire, headings were created during the evaluation process to summarize the results of several similarly themed questions. The practical part also includes a comparison of the results between schools, an evaluation of the knowledge questions, an analysis of the curricula of the surveyed schools and a discussion.
