Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem pracovníků metodou Assessment centra. První část charakterizuje samotné Assessment centrum. Druhá se zabývá představením společnosti Celgene, třetí návrhem autora na zlepšení Assessment centra ve společnosti. Poslední část práce je věnována průzkumu, který autor realizoval. Průzkum je zaměřený na zjištění míry spokojenosti lidí s průběhem Assessment centra.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the selection of employees by the Assessment Center. The first part describes the actual Assessment Center. The second deals with the introduction of Celgene, the third author's proposal to improve the Assessment Center. The last part is devoted to research that author realized.
