Analysis and proposal of an optimization solution of calculations in a selected company

Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je zanalyzovat stávající kalkulaci ve vybraném podniku, kriticky ji zhodnotit a navrhnout případné optimalizační řešení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost popisu a charakteristice nákladů, kalkulací a kalkulačního systému. Teoretická část slouží jako informační podklad pro hlavní část, kterou je praktická. V praktické části je popsána a zhodnocena podniková kalkulace a na základě zjištěných nedostatků je navrženo optimalizační řešení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the existing calculation of the chosen company, to critically evaluate it and to propose a possible optimization solution. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the attention is paid to the description and characteristics of the costs, calculations and the calculation system. The theoretical part serves as an information base for the main part, which is practical. The practical part describes and evaluates the business calculation and based on the identified shortcomings, an optimization solution is proposed.
