Abstract:

Bakalářská práce, kterou jsem vypracovala, se zabývá závažným životně ohrožujícím stavem zvaný sepse. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. V první úvodní části jsem se věnovala teoretickým poznatkům z této oblasti. Zaměřila jsem se zejména na sepsi novorozeneckou, jakožto jednu z hlavních příčin mortality v tomto ranném věku. Včasná diagnostika je základním předpokladem ke snížení úmrtnosti a také k nastavení správné léčby. Cílem práce bylo zaměřit se na zjištění a rozšíření informací, týkajících se nástupu této infekce. Věnovala jsem se primárně parametru zvaný ICIS. Tento parametr vyvinula firma Sysmex a jedná se o jedinečné diagnostické skóre. ICIS zahrnuje 5 parametrů z oblasti hematologie a prezentuje časnou vrozenou imunitní odpověď organismu na infekční agens. Konečným cílem bylo sledování korelace mezi standardními reaktanty akutní fáze a hodnotou ICIS. Rovněž jsem se snažila stanovit, zda má parametr ICIS lepší výpovědní hodnotu nežli rutinně používané markery sepse. V druhé části jsem zpracovávala výsledky měření hodnoty ICIS u vybrané skupiny pacientů v období 9 měsíců. Tyto výsledky jsem porovnávala a zpracovávala pomocí grafů a tabulek.

Abstract:

The bachelor work, which I have worked on, deals with a serious life-threatening condition called sepsis. The work is divided into two main parts. In the first introductory part, I dealt with theoretical findings from this area. I have focused mainly on neonatal sepsis, which is one of the main causes of mortality in this early age. Early diagnosis is the basic condition leading to the reduction in mortality as well as to setting of the proper treatment, the aim of the work was to focus on findings and spreading the information related to an onset of the infection. I have applied to the parameter called ICIS in the first place. This parameter was developed by the Sysmex company and this is a unique diagnostic score. ICIS includes five parameters of the haematology and it presents an early congenital immune response to an infectious agents. The final aim was to watch the correlation between standard reactants of the acute phase and the ICIS value. I have also tried to specify whether the ICIS parameter has a better validity value than commonly used sepsis markers. In the second part, I have worked with the results of the measuring of the ICIS value with the selected group of patients during nine months period. I have compared and processed those results into the graphs and tables.
