Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ochrany obyvatelstva v územním plánování, která se zde velmi často přehlíží, nebo dokonce vynechává. Nejedná se zde pouze o ochranu před vnějšími či vnitřními hrozbami, ale ochrany jako celku. Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit míru implementace problematiky civilní ochrany do územních plánů obcí vybraného regionu a navrhnout doporučení ke změnám.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of protection of residents in spatial planning, which is very often overlooked or even omitted. This is not just about protection against external or internal threats, but about protection as a whole.
