Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá agresivními obchodními praktikami v rozhodovací praxi německých soudů. Práce se zabývá jednak německou úpravou agresivních obchodních praktik a jejím srovnáním s úpravou unijní a jednak na ni navazující rozhodovací praxí.
