Application portfolio of veterinary clinic

Abstract:

Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat a zhodnotit aplikační portfolio Veterinární kliniky Louny. V první kapitole je charakterizován pojem aplikačního portfolia, postupy, jakými se aplikační portfolio identifikuje, a jsou zmíněny také faktory, které ovlivňují aplikační portfolio veterinárních klinik všeobecně. Druhá kapitola popisuje vybranou metodiku pro identifikování, popis a zhodnocení aplikačního portfolia kliniky. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je seznámení se s Veterinární klinikou Louny a její organizační strukturou. Čtvrtá kapitola na základě informací zmíněných v předešlých kapitolách popisuje konkrétní aplikační portfolio a na základě zvolené metodiky ho hodnotí. Důležité informace byly zařazeny do tabulek či grafů, jejichž seznam lze najít v přílohách. Součástí práce je i elektronická příloha vypracovaná v MS Excel, která obsahuje tabulky uvedené v práci.

Abstract:

The goal of this work is to describe and evaluate the application portfolio of the Veterinary Clinic Louny. The first chapter identifies the concept of the application portfolio, the procedures by which the application portfolio is identified and the factors that affect the application portfolio of the veterinary clinics in general. The second chapter describes a selected methodology for identifying, describing and evaluating the clinic's application portfolio. The content of the third chapter is to get acquainted with the Veterinary Clinic of Louny and its organizational structure. The fourth chapter, based on the information mentioned in the previous chapters, describes the specific application portfolio and evaluates it on the basis of the chosen methodology. Important information has been included in tables or graphs, the list of which can be found in the annexes. Part of the work is an excel table, which contains the tables and structure mentioned in the work.
