Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice politické secese a její legitimitě. V práci jsou vysvětleny explanatorní a normativní přístupy k secesi, v rámci kterých jsou podrobněji analyzované jednotlivé teorie autorů, zabývajících se politickým odtržením. This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of political secession and its legitimacy. In this thesis explanatory and normative theories of secession are explained and applied on the case of Texas independence.
