Tématem bakalářské práce jsou suverénní fondy a jejich regulace. Cílem je charakterizovat aktivitu suverénních fondů a jejich pozici mezi ostatními aktéry globálních finančních trhů, dále zjistit, jak jsou jejich aktivity regulovány jimi samotnými a také ze strany OECD, EU a národních legislativ na příkladu Německa a Spojených států amerických.
