To Conduct Business in a Form of Association without a Legal Capacity
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá podnikáním formou sdružení bez právní subjektivity. V úvodu se věnuje podnikání v obecné rovině a dále navazuje popisem sdružení bez právní subjektivity a jeho srovnáním s podnikáním formou některých obchodních společností. Současně nastiňuje možnosti daňové optimalizace a návrhy de lege ferenda, které by dle názoru autora bylo vhodné zapracovat do legislativy ČR.

The work deals with doing business through association without legal identity. The introduction is devoted to business in general and follows a description of an association without legal identity and its comparison with some form of businesscompanies.
