Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy hospodaření obce Svatý Mikuláš za posledních dvanáct let. První část práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů, týkajících se územní samosprávy obecně a pojmů, souvisejících s financováním obce. Další část je věnována časovým řadám a regresní analýze, které jsou, mimo jiné, východiskem pro analýzu hospodaření obce v této práci. Poslední část je zaměřena na představení obce Svatý Mikuláš a na její hospodaření v letech 2001 - 2012. Cílem práce je zhodnocení hospodaření obce a provedení odhadu na další dva roky.

Abstract:

This bachelory thesis is focused on interpretation the analysis of economy municipality Svatý Mikuláš for the last twelve years. The first part contains definitions of local government and definitions of financing the municipality. The next part is devoted to characterization of time series and regression analysis, which are the aid for the analysis of economy municipality in this work. The last part is focused to characterization of Svatý Mikuláš and on the economy of the municipality during 2001 - 2012. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economy of the municipality and the estimates of economy for next two years.
