Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podnikové výuky, konkrétně motivačními faktory v rámci firemní jazykové výuky. Za tímto účelem bylo provedeno výzkumné šetření - cílem bylo zjistit, jaké motivační faktory vedou respondenty k rozhodnutí studovat angličtinu v rámci firemní jazykové výuky.
