Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou využití nefinančních ukazatelů jako ná-stroje k hodnocení a řízení výkonnosti podniku pro dosažení její žádoucí úrovně. Cí-lem práce je identifikace klíčových nefinančních ukazatelů v rámci jejich využití v odvětví automobilového průmyslu a vymezení jejich síly vlivu na výkonnost ma-lých a středních podniků, zastoupenou ekonomickou přidanou hodnotou EVA naúzemí České republiky. Odborná literatura je věnována kritickému pohledu na sou-časný stav zkoumané problematiky, a to měření a řízení podnikové výkonnosti se zaměřením na tradiční a moderní ukazatele výkonnosti, systémy jejího měření a klí-čové nefinanční indikátory s vazbami na společenskou odpovědnost organizací a je-jich udržitelnost. Výsledky práce seznamují se souborem identifikovaných klíčových nefinančních a finančních ukazatelů, tzv. KPI´s, ovlivňujících hodnotu ukazatele EVA, v souvislosti s výstupy dotazníkového šetření vymezeného pro malé a střední podniky automobilového průmyslu, zohledňující faktor času. Na základě identifiko-vaných a využívaných klíčových indikátorů KPI´s, ovlivňujících ukazatel EVA, jsou navržena doporučení k řízení souboru KPI´s s ohledem na zvyšování hodnoty uka-zatele EVA u MSP automobilového průmyslu.

Abstract:

The dissertation deals with the use of non-financial indicators as a tool for managing the performance of a company to achieve its desired level. The aim of the thesis is to identify key non-financial indicators in their use in the automotive industry and to determine their impact on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises represented by the economic added value of EVA in the Czech Republic. The litera-ture is devoted to the critical point of view of the current state of research, namely measuring and managing corporate performance, focusing on traditional and mod-ern performance indicators, measurement systems and key non-financial indicators with links to corporate social responsibility and sustainability. The results of the thesis are related to the identification of key non-financial and financial indicators, the so-called KPI's, influencing the value of the EVA indicator in relation to the iden-tified outputs of the questionnaire survey defined for the automotive small and me-dium-sized enterprises, taking into account the time factor from the economic cycle point of view. Based on the identified and used KPI's key indicators influencing the EVA, recommendations are proposed to manage KPI's with regard to increasing the value of the EVA indicator for SMEs in the automotive industry.
