Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice daňových úniků v oblasti daně z přidané hodnoty v České republice. Koncept práce je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the problem of tax evasion in the field of value added tax in the Czech Republic. The concept of the work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts regarding tax and also a description of VAT evasion. In the practical part, legislative measures in the fight against tax evasion are explained.
