Při zpracování své bakalářské práce jsem se zaměřila na analýzu systému hodnocení a odměňování pracovníku podle kategorii ve výrobním podniku s.r.o. Olis, který se nachází na Ukrajině. Při analýze jsem zjistila, že systém personálního řízení v tomto podniku je zastaralý a neúčinný a snažila jsem se navrhnout nějaké postupy a metody pro zlepšení. Abstract:
In my bachelor work I was analyzing the system of evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company Olis, which is situated in Ukraine. I found out that a system is not productive and need some changes, so I tried to do my best to find the ways to improve it. The work is dividend into the theoretical and practical parts.
