Testování odporových svarů na vstřikovací jednotce AdBlue namáhanou tlakovými pulzacemi v hydraulickém okruhu

Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá vstřikovacími jednotkami, které mohou být použity pro vstřikování AdBlue®, odporovými svary a vlivy tlakových pulzací. V aplikační části testuje výdrž odporových svarů vůči vlivu tlakových pulzací, trhací zkoušky, zkoušky s tenzometry a vibrační test simulující systém DNOX v automobilu po čas jeho životnosti.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is dealing in the theoretical part with injection units that can be used for AdBlue® injection, resistance welds and the effects of pressure pulsations. The application part testing the resistance welds endurance of the influence of pressure pulsations, pull out tests, strain gauge tests and a vibration test simulating the DNOX system in a car during its lifetime.
