Influence of upbringing style in a family to adolescent's value orientation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu výchovných stylů v rodině v rámci utváření hodnotové orientace současných adolescentů ve věku od 15 18. let. Teoretická část je zaměřena na témata týkající se rodiny, výchovných stylů, hodnot, a vlivu výchovných stylů na hodnotovou orientaci. Těžištěm této práce je empirická část, jejímž cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivňují výchovné styly rodičů hodnotovou orientaci mládeže. Pro realizaci výzkumu byli použiti následující kvantitativní metody: párové porovnávání hodnot za pomoci dotazníku "Schwarz value Survey" se standardizovaným dotazníkem zaměřený na výchovné styly v rodině, "Parenting style questionnaire". Výzkumný vzorek byl tvořen sty jedinci adolescenti ve věku od 15 do 18 let i s jejich rodiči. Sekundárním zájmem bylo také zjištění, jakým způsobem se mění preferované hodnoty a životní postoje studentů v závislosti na pohlaví, věku, a typu navštěvované školy. Cílem této diplomové práce je intepretace významu hodnot v lidském životě a zejména komparace aktuálních hodnotových žebříčků studentů na střední škole Gymnázium a střední odborná škola Dr. Václava Šmejkala v Ústí nad Labem.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the impact of the educational styles in the family in the design of value orientation. The focus of this work is the empirical part, the aim was to determine how they affect educational styles of their parents' value orientation of youth. For the realization of the research were used the following quantitative methods: paired comparison values to the questionnaire "Schwartz Value Survey" with standardized questionnaire focused on upbringing styles in the family, "Parenting style questionnaire". The research sample consisted of hundredth individuals orientation of contemporary adolescents aged 15 to 18 years. The theoretical part is focused on topics related to family, education styles, values and influence the upbringing styles on the value - adolescents aged 15 to 18 years of age and their parents. A secondary concern was also to determine how the preferred values and attitudes of students according to gender, age, and type of school attended. The aim of this thesis is interpretation importance of values in human life and in particular the comparison of the actual value rankings of students in high school Grammar school and college Dr. Vaclav Smejkal in Usti nad Labem.
