Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zásluhové dávky, které jsou závislé na předchozím výdělku.V České republice se jedná o dávky důchodového pojištění, dávky nemocenského pojištění a dávky pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Tyto dávky budou popsány z hlediska kontrukce a jejich prvků s vlivem na ekvivalenci. S touto problematikou souvisí také sociální politika, jíž je věnována první část práce. The thesis focuses on the benefits, that can be characterized as dependent on previous earnings. It is pension benefits, sickness benefits and benefits of passive employment policy in Czech Republic. These benefits will be described in terms of construction and elements with influence on equivalence. With this issue is also related to social policy.
