Abstract:

Téma mé diplomové práce jsou Motivační složky mzdy versus motivační složky platu. Zabývá se analýzou právní úpravy motivače odměn zaměstnanců. První kapitola se zabývá důležitými definicemi pracovního práva. Dále se práce zaměřuje na vývoj právní úpravy, definice mzdy, platu a jiných odměn a v neposlední řadě charakteristikou motivačních složek mzdy a motivačních složek platu. V závěru tyto složky práce vyhodnocuje na základě jejich výhod a nevýhod.

Abstract:

The name of my thesis is ?Motivational elements of salary versus motivational elements of remuneration?. It was focused to analyse legal modification of reward and motivation of bonus. In the first chapter I was interested in the important definition of Labour law, its history and legal development of labour regulations of motivational elements of salary and remuneration. Next chapteres were concerned with principle of remuneration, definitions of salary, remuneration and other rewards. The first topic were characterization of motivational elements of salary. The thesis were descriptioned each of these elements, their conditions, measure of bonus. The next topic was interested in the motivational elements of remunerations. And the final chapter points adjudication advantage and disadvantage of these motivational elements.
