Diplomová práce pojednává o souběhu práva proti nekalé soutěži a práva autorského. V úvod práce se diplomantka věnuje rozboru práva nekalé soutěže dle obchodního zákoníku a upravě autorského práva dle autorského zákona. This thesis deals with convergence of law against unfair competition and copyright law. At the beginnig the master student characterizes legal regulation of the unfair competition contained in the Commercial Code and regulation of copyrgiht law.
