Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku komunikace s pacienty s omezenou komunikační schopností po cévní mozkové příhodě a s poruchou polykání. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Cílem práce byla monitorace užití alternativních komunikačních metod a včasné rozpoznání poruchy polykání pomocí objektivizujícího screeningového nástroje. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of communication to patients after stroke with limited communication abilities, and the swallowing defects. It is divided in the theoretical and the empirical part. The aim of the work was to monitor the use of alternative communication methods and early recognition of the swallowing defect by the objective screening tool.
