Diplomová práce pojednává o supervizi v sociálních službách jako o nástroji rozvoje zaměstnanců a zároveň i organizace. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza aktuálního stavu v problematice a analýza vlivu supervize na rozvoj organizace.
