Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou komunikace obecně, komunikací v podniku, jejích forem, kanálů, komunikačních bariér atd. This dissertation is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical.
