Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá doporučenými postupy v oblasti nehojících se ran a problematikou sorrorigenie z pohledu všeobecné sestry v intenzivní péči. Podstatu práce tvoří příčiny a popis sorrorigenních ran vyvolaných ošetřujícím personálem ve zdravotnických zařízeních. V empirické části práce uvádíme zjištěnou úroveň znalostí a deklarovaných zvyklostí nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků v péči o nehojící se ránu a jejich subjektivní názory na míru akceptace lékaři v prevenci a léčbě nehojících se ran. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu a komparaci výsledků získaných průzkumným šetřením. Vytvořené doporučení pro praxi může být využito v rámci prevence k vyvarování se sorrorigenním ranám u ošetřujícího personálu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the best practices in the field of non-healing wounds and with issues of sorrorigenic wounds from the perspective of a general nurse in the intensive care. The essence of the thesis is a description of the causes of sorrorigenic wounds caused by nursing staff in the health facilities. In the analytical part, we found the level of knowledge and practices of the nursing staff in the care of non-healing wound, and their subjective views on the level of the acceptance by doctors in the prevention and treatment of the non-healing wounds. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and compare the results collated from targeted explorative survey. Created recommendation for practical care could be used in the prevention of sorrorigenic wounds caused by nursing staff.
